Health and Exercise Behaviours survey

Leah Frost from Flinders University is conducting a survey about health and physical activity behaviours for her Honours thesis.

The aim of the study is to understand how attitudes towards health in general are associated with health behaviours such as physical activity, cancer screening and eating fruit and vegetables. This information will assist with the strategies aimed at encouraging behaviours that improve long term health.

Leah would like to invite you to participate in her study if you would like to. Participation would involve answering questions about your attitudes to health in general, physicalctivity, eating, and participation in regular screening.

The survey is for people 55 - 74 years of age. You must be an Australian resident.

The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
