Have your Say: South Australian Suicide Prevention Plan 2017-2021

The Office of the Chief Psychiatrist would like to invite Community Organisations and consumers to participate in the community consultation process to inform the new South Australian Suicide Prevention Plan 2017-2021 by participating in a quick 5 minute survey.

It is important to them that they hear from service providers and consumers about what they have liked about the previous South Australian Suicide Prevention Strategy 2012-2016 Every Life is Worth Living and most importantly, what could be improved or considered for the new Plan.

"The current Strategy laid a strong foundation for preventing suicide, and we would like to ensure that the next plan builds on this foundation while being more targeted around the areas that we know work well with actions that are measurable. It is important that as we move ahead, our work in the field is informed by people and service providers to ensure it has real-world application."

The survey is confidential and represents an opportunity to shape the direction of suicide prevention for the whole State in the coming years.

To participate please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SASPPSurvey2016 - the survey will be open until the 14th of November 2016
