My Aged Care Support Program

Free Local Support and Information on My Aged Care

Are you in the Fleurieu Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula, Murray Mallee or the Mid-North, aged 65 years or older and still living independently; or are you assisting a parent or family member to navigate and understand the My Aged Care website, phone services, or the Help at Home options or entry level support or more complex care?

If the answer is yes, this support service is for you. It is facilitated by COTA SA but delivered by a local volunteer Aged Care Peer Champion. The Peer Champion will assist you to access the information you need, help you navigate the My Aged Care systems, increase your awareness of local organisations providing My Aged Care services and answer other questions you may have. The support is one to one and is available over the telephone or face to face.
