The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner is holding a one day event on Thursday 27 April 2017 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. “Complaints Matter” will highlight the process of a good complaint and provide best practice tips for resolving complaints to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
Attendees will get to hear from some distinguished presenters and have the chance to interact with opinion leaders and other people passionate about quality aged care.
