Mature Women Can

The Mature Women Can initiaitve was launched on Monday 27th November by the South Australian Mature Women''s Amabassador, Dr Susan Mitchell.

This resource makes a compelling case for increasing the participation of mature women in employment. In a series of in-depth interviews, the Ambassador spoke to many South Australian women, who told us about the barriers they face in the paid workforce. Their stories have shaped Mature Women Can!, and we thank all of these women for coming forward and sharing their personal stories with us.

Strength for Life - Aqua

SFL Aqua is up and running at the very first site - City of Tea Tree Gully - Waterworld.

**All clients will require an assessment before they start. For more information or to book in for an assessment, please call 8397 7439**

SFL sessions will be held at 8:15 am on Wednesday and Friday, with a break for the Xmas period.

As with land based SFL, all clients will have a personalised program, which will take into account any injuries or conditions. The sessions will start with some fun warm ups, clients will follow their strength programs for about 30 minutes, then all will come together for a stretch and cool down at the end.

These sessions will not only improve strength and flexibility, but provide a great core workout as well.

Throw into the mix meeting new people, having fun, working in a cool outdoor environment, and it just gets better.

So why not give it a go. Waterworld is waiting for your call on 8397 7439 or if you are close by call in for a chat.
