Green Gym - exercise to make a difference

Imagine an outdoor activity where you are able to work on your own health and fitness, while helping transform and restore local parklands for the whole community to enjoy.

Green Gym is a fun and free outdoor program that is designed to suit varying fitness levels and abilities. Afer a general warm-up your experienced CVA Team Leader will guide you throught some practical conservation activities, while you also enjoy the fresh air and the company of like-minded people.

  • Enjoy some time in nature
  • Make friends and new connections
  • Volunteer to help your commnunity and the environment

Sessions will be held weekly on Wednesday or Thursday, from 2 August 2017

When: Morning session 10am - 1pm or afternoon session 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Where: Adelaide City Parklands, Wirraninthi (Park 23)

Who: Anyone between the ages of 50 and 80 - bookings are essential
